Michelle graduated from the University of Manchester with an LLB (Hons.) in 2008 and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in International Financial Law in 2010. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2012.

Michelle has been involved in a range of corporate and commercial matters including corporate investments, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, technology licensing, franchising and tenancy matters. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance matters such as in respect of the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

Michelle is a member of The Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
