Kim graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Durham in 2013 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore in 2015.

Kim focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate financing for both investors and investee companies, and corporate restructuring. Her practice also encompasses a broad range of corporate advisory services, including employment matters, corporate governance and compliance, personal data protection, and commercial contracts.

With a strong understanding of corporate law, Kim provides strategic legal advice tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients, helping them navigate complex legal challenges and achieve their business objectives effectively.

Kim is a member of both the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
