Bernie is a director and one of the founding members of Infinitus Law Corporation. He is also the Head of the Corporate, Commercial and Technology Department.

He is a highly experienced legal professional who graduated with an LLB (Hons.) from the National University of Singapore in 1990 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1991. He initially specialized in corporate and commercial litigation before transitioning to focus predominantly on corporate and commercial law. His practice now emphasizes key sectors such as information technology, software and computer, multimedia, online services, telecommunications, and networking.

Bernie has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has advised on complex matters involving corporate restructuring, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, as well as licensing, distribution, and agency agreements. His expertise in these areas enables him to provide clients with strategic, innovative, and commercially sound legal solutions.

Bernie has also developed a strong reputation for his work with various statutory boards and government-linked organizations in Singapore. He serves as a trusted legal advisor on several prominent government investment initiatives, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the intersection of public and private sector interests.

Additionally, he possesses significant experience advising start-up companies, having worked closely with both investors and entrepreneurs. He has been involved in numerous investment transactions, ranging from seed financing to pre-IPO funding rounds, and has provided counsel on various acquisition transactions, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the start-up ecosystem.

Bernie is a member of both the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
