Carolyn graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Singapore Management University in 2021 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2022.

Carolyn has gained extensive experience in a diverse range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on start-ups and investment transactions at various stages of a company’s development, as well as advising on commercial agreements. She has been actively involved in numerous investment transactions and provides counsel to companies across multiple industries.

Carolyn is a member of The Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
