Biography

Shu Xian graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree.

Shu Xian has advised and represented clients in litigation proceedings before various levels of the Singapore Courts and has been involved in a range of commercial and civil matters – including disputes relating to MCST / condominium disputes, contracts, torts, building and construction, criminal and family law matters.

In addition to litigation work, Shu Xian was also involved in various corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate investments, and advised clients in relation to data protection/privacy.
