Biography

Pamela is a director and one of the founding members of Infinitus Law Corporation. She is also the head of the Conveyancing and Real Estate Department.

Her areas of practice include corporate and general commercial law, employment, real estate, trust, wills and succession.

Pamela graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK in July 1986 with an LLB (Hons.) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in April 1987.

Her conveyancing and real estate practice covers residential, commercial (including conservation buildings and shophouses) and industrial property. She has represented individuals, corporations, statutory boards, and financial institutions in a wide variety of transactions. They include redevelopment projects, subdivision of land, purchase of land parcels, financing of projects/re development, launch and sale of the individual units, management corporations matters and transactions under the Land Titles (Strata) Act, residential and commercial leases.

Her corporate and commercial law practice covers and includes assisting with the establishment of businesses in Singapore, obtaining employment passes and other residency and work permits, advising on shareholding structure, licenses, investments and financing, raising of capital, business ventures and transactions, joint venture and shareholding agreements, mergers and acquisitions, stock option plans, employment agreements, sale and purchase of businesses, and transfer of intellectual property and know–how. The work includes transaction negotiations, preparation of transactional documentation, due diligence reports, legal opinions.

Pamela’s corporate team has also actively been involved in assisting and advising clients in the setting up of companies and businesses, which includes the provision of general legal advice and services to establish their presence in Singapore ; preparation of standard term contracts, employment contracts, and also provision of company secretarial advice and services, which include liaising with the relevant authorities for the incorporation of companies, preparing all necessary company resolutions, assisting in the opening of bank accounts, share subscriptions and allotments and generally keeping the corporate secretarial books of their companies

She is a Member of The Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
