Carolyn Yasmin Ng is a Director in the Conveyancing and Real Property Department.

She graduated from The University of Hull (England) in 1990 with an LLB (Hons.), was admitted to the Utter Bar, Middle Temple (England) in 1992 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1994.

She has extensive experience in conveyancing matters and she has acted for individual, corporate and institutional clients in all types of conveyancing transactions including sale and purchase transactions, development projects, mortgage and refinancing transactions, acting for chargors and chargee in Central Provident Fund Board transactions, redemption of mortgages and charges, en-bloc sales, and personal guarantees.

She has advised various property owners in leases and tenancies including several of the largest property owners in Singapore, Singapore Government Linked Companies, and other institutional clients in the leases and tenancies of their industrial and commercial properties.

She is a Member of The Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
